His leadership ensures that the clinic operates smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service quality.

Javonne is specially trained to conduct initial clinical consultations and developmental screeners, enabling him to thoughtfully guide families to the most appropriate services within the practice. He serves as the first point of contact for new and prospective clients, providing clear, compassionate, and informative support from the initial inquiry through the entire evaluation process. Javonne continues to facilitate communication and coordination at every step, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for each family.

His responsibilities include managing scheduling, billing, and clinic operations; coordinating with multidisciplinary providers and schools; overseeing regulatory compliance; and supporting the integration of services across psychology, occupational therapy, and behavioral health.
